Job Description
Broken Hill is located on the river in close to Melbourne and Adelaide. The airport in Broken Hill provides daily services to Melbourne and near-daily to Adelaide and is only 1 hour between them! The airport is one of the busiest regional airport in Australia.
The population of Broken Hill is 35,000 and lots of surrounding towns. A major selling point to Broken Hill is the weather! As Broken Hill is located on a river rather than the beach, it is significantly warmer than Melbourne! Commuting to work is minimal and you will be there in 5-10minutes! The client is looking for someone who is an experienced Director to join their firm. You will match the following criteria:
Fully qualified CA
Big 4 / Top 10 background
Experience of leading teams and setting strategies for the business units
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to manage the morale and development of the team
Previous experience of dealing with agricultural clients and not-for-profilt groups is ideal but not essential
