Job Description
Our client, who are going through continued expansion and growth, are looking to recruit a number of Service Desk / Helpdesk Engineers to join a technical rewarding and cutting edge environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for people with the right technical background and strong communication skills to work for a company where enjoyment of your job is a priority and the short and long term career path is there for all to see.
As there are a number of posts available there is a degree of flexibility on what level of skills are required if you show the enthusiasm to learn and develop.
Ideally you will have experience or working in a Windows or Linux based environment covering at least 1st and 2nd Line Support issues. You will either have just completed your further education (at all levels) and ideally gained some commercial experience or have gone straight into a work environment and spent some time working on technical issues in a very customer orientated role.
