Job Description

• €¢Direct fieldworks daily, inform supervisors of the engagement status, and manage staff performance

• €¢Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to all client situations

• €¢Effectively delegate tasks and provide guidance to staff in order to develop

• €¢Provide performance feedback and training, and conduct performance reviews

• €¢Uphold an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment

• €¢Contribute ideas and opinions to colleagues and listen/respond to other team members' views

• €¢Be proactive in the use of technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery

• €¢You have Master Degree in economics, accountancy or equivalent

• €¢You have 2-5 years of experience in the audit of banking, insurance and/or funds

• €¢You are fluent in English, German and/or French

• €¢You are able to manage a team and you act as a team player

• €¢You are organised and flexible
