Job Description

Staff Internal Auditor

My client is a global provider of electronic components, is looking to recruit an internal auditor based out of their Madrid office. The succesful candidate will have the amazing opportunity to travel around the EMEA region up to 65% of the year.

The company is involved across various sectors including automotive, telecommunications, marine and aerospace.

The role will include:

• €¢Operational Audit reviews of European subsidiaries

• €¢Reviewing and evaluating internal controls.

• €¢Experience in preparation of reports encompassing findings and recommendations to take forward; also overseeing and implementing these recommendations.

• €¢Manage if needed outsourced resources in order to fully complete audit programmes.

• €¢Prepare reports and present findings clearly

• €¢Actively participate in global initiatives

The ideal candidate will be an individual that is well organised, self confident, has excellent communication skills and is highly analytical.

Requirements:

• €¢Relevant degree in either Economics, Accounting or Business related degree

• €¢Work exoerience within Audit- Internal/External within relevant industry or a renowned public practice firm.

• €¢Happy to travel up to 65% of the time.

• €¢Ability to get to Madrid at Short notice for an interview.

• €¢Due to visa restrictions must be an EU national.
