Business Development Manager – Facilities Management Services
Basic circa £45,000+
We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Business Development Managers in the North West with a Facilities Management sales background - someone with Hard FM experience, and the other person with Soft FM experience. This previous background and sales experience within this industry is paramount to your application.
The key responsibilities for the roles will include identifying and developing new relationships with potential clients who have requirements for Hard FM Solutions (mechanical, electrical, building fabric, etc.) and Soft FM Solutions (cleaning, security, exception, mailroom, etc.) Candidates must have previous proven experience within this role already and be experienced of targeting and dealing with accounts of high value.
