Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a large well known financial services organisation as a Learning & Development Specialist. Based in dual sites between Glasgow and Belfast you will provide high quality sales training in line with the Learning & Organisational Development Strategy.

As an enthusiastic and innovative individual you should have:

• Previous experience in designing programmes

• Experience in delivering sales training to individuals and groups

• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• The ability to express yourself clearly in presentations and other media to varying audiences

• Knowledge and experience of the full training cycle

A CIPD or equivalent certificate is desirable as is a relevant degree or graduate level qualification. Previous experience within a general insurance sales environment is advantageous.

Some travel will be expected as part of this role so candidates need only apply if they are willing to travel.
