Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join this professional services organisation on a permanent basis in a stand alone HR Manager post.
This role is based in Edinburgh with monthly visits to the London site covering all HR generalist requirements across the business. In this stand alone role you will be responsible for:
Sole HR point of contact for general HR queries, working alongside the internal legal team and external Employment Lawyers
A sound knowledge of payroll is essential as you will be working alongside the external payroll bureau
A sound knowledge of employee benefits
Responsibility for all company Training and Development
The ideal person for this role will be an excellent communicator, who will have the capability to build relationships with managers at all levels, and to work as a true business partner to service all HR requirements as needed. You should be an experienced HR Manager or senior HR professional ready to take on the responsibility of a stand alone role. You must be CIPD qualified with a strong knowledge of employment law and the ability to work independently.
