Job Description
Managing your time effectively so you can talk to Hong Kong in the morning and New York in the afternoon.....the role of an International Recruitment Consultant varies dramatically from that of a domestic recruiter in a market that never stops! Working from our Edinburgh office, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our rapidly growing International Accountancy and Finance Division.
Gaining the understanding of a company culture and working practices across different locations is essential to success, and not easy considering that International Recruitment Consultants rarely meet and greet their clients and candidates. Instead, there is a need to network and build core relationships in the comfort of their own desk surrounded by a close knit work and hard working team.
It is important that you are a pro-active and self starting individual who is able to provide flexibility to meet client and candidate requirements. The ability to be patient and resilient is essential, as well as having strong persuasive skills. Language skills are advantageous but not essential.
