Since completing their first home in 2002, our client has earned an enviable reputation throughout Scotland for building contemporary and bespoke family homes to an exceptionally high standard. Our client is an Scottish builder established and currently builds around 50 homes a year. They currently have several exciting new projects across Central Scotland that are high in value and an excellent addition to this thriving company. They currently require a Site Manager to join the team. You will ideally be an existing Site Manager with experience of working for a house-builder and a trades or graduate background is desirable although not essential. Our client firmly believes in a good work and life balance and rewards hard work and commitment to the company with very sociable working hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm.
