THE ROLE
This post is work within FPSG renowned IT Recruitment division in the capacity of recruitment consultant, opportunities exist at junior and senior levels.
EXPERIENCE
We are typically looking for candidates with high levels of ambition, confidence, drive and enthusiasm. With some commercial experience in a recruitment or staffing arena, and a grounding in sales.
The role will be characterised by continuous improvement and constant change. Candidates will be task with building, developing and servicing business in addition to supporting the current teams.
In order to be successful within this role the candidate must have a strong B2B background and can demonstrate sales development and successes. Applicants are expected to have good communications, a professional telephone manner and the ability to present information at all levels. An ability to negotiate and to manage and set expectations through good people skills is paramount. An interest in Recruitment, HR issues, Technology, Strategy and Problem resolution is critical.
