The Role: F/T Customer Service Officers
Helensburgh

Salary: Package worth up to £16000 depending on experience (includes pension, profit share) plus bonus and excellent career opportunities.

THE COMPANY

FPSG are urgently looking for Customer Service Officers based in Helensburgh. Our client is a global banking organisation who has an outstanding reputation for customer service.

They are looking for diverse talent from all walks of life that can bring a broad range of skills to their Retail Banking Network. Dynamic people who will be encouraged to challenge what they see around them - by offering fresh ideas or the voice of experience, which can promote the Bank's services and provide the opportunities for our customers to benefit from the wide range of financial services available.

You will be carrying out all daily cash and banking transaction, dealing with all enquiries, identifying and customer's needs and delivering excellent customer service. You will be able to confidently converse with customers, build relationships and meeting their needs within in a face to face environment.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for people who have experience within a face to face environment and proven experience of working towards sales targets, along with the determination to provide an excellent customer service experience.
