SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER GLASGOW up to £48K DOE + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE including: generous paid annual holiday entitlement, car/car allowance, health care, pension, excellent training and development and choice points scheme (swap point for extra benefits such as extra annual leave, dental care, childcare vouchers etc).

A Senior Project Manager is required to join one of the world's leading management contractors. They are currently the main contractor on a 4 year regeneration project in Glasgow's city centre, close to Central and Queen Street train stations and even closer to the city's underground network.

You will be involved in the management and delivery of a multi million pound retail development in Glasgow's city centre. You will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale developments (£30million upwards). You will have excellent client facing skills as well as an ability to delegate to a varied team.

The right applicant should be educated to HNC (construction management/civil engineering) or above and have extensive experience of new build commercial projects using concrete and steel structures. As this individual will be responsible for all stages of this project, experience in refurbishment and fit-out would also be advantageous.
