Customer Service Advisers – Inbound

Glasgow & Uddingston

Inbound roles £15,772 - £16,356 pro rata + benefits

We’re committed to excellent customer service here at Scottish Gas. Right now we’re looking for outgoing personalities to join us at our Uddingston & Glasgow call centres.

As well as a highly competitive salary you can look forward to a flexible benefits package includes medical cover, shopping vouchers, additional holidays, company pensions and company share schemes.

Full and part-time roles with fixed shift patterns are available. Experience is not essential as full training will be given.


The role Involves;

Working as part of a team.
Providing our customers with an excellent service.
Promoting BG products + Services to existing customers.
Working in a fun but challenging environment.

Ability to work under pressure
