| My client is a well known organisation based in Glasgow city centre. This is a fast growing business with excellent prospects. Duties for this role will include answering a very busy switchboard, greeting clients, ordering stationary, hiring couriers and organising catering events. You will also be required to provide general administration and secretarial support. The successful candidate will have experience of handling high volume calls as well as excellent administration skills. You must be able to prioritise and work under pressure. You will be confident, well organised and professional. Ideally you will be able to start immediately. Benefits include pension, life assurance. a subsidised gym membership and a bi-annual bonus.
