Seeking a new job in Commercial Development? A global consultancy is offering the job of Associate Development Surveyor based in their office in Glasgow's bustling city centre.


An Associate Development Surveyor is required to join one of the worlds leading multidisciplinary property consultancies, which delivers universal strategic solutions for the built environment. Operating in over 60 countries, the company provides services on a global, regional and local level to owner, occupier and investor clients and has a current emphasis on developing new and existing business lines. Working from an established and extensive office in the heart of Glasgow city centre, they offer an exciting career path and a full range of professional benefits.

The key objective for this role is the management of existing clients and development instructions, in conjunction with a need to actively work to generate new business. The ideal individual will be at Senior/Associate level, who has a background in both agency, and consultancy commercial development, therefore signalling the ability to act in a strategic advisory capacity for clients as well as being able to recognise key opportunities for departmental expansion. The role will also involve working alongside an existing surveyor in the development department, and complementing the function of the Development team in the Edinburgh office. Current land development projects in the Glasgow area are approximately 80% residential in nature, and 20% commercial or mixed use. The successful applicant will be chartered, ideally c6 years post-qualified, and will have the ambition and tenacity to make a valuable addition to the Development team.
