THE ROLE

Location: Clydebank
Salary: £12,000 - £14,000 depending on experience
Benefits: Pension, healthcare, childcare vouchers & much more
Hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours between 8am and 6pm

THE COMPANY
First People Solutions are currently recruiting for call centre professionals for the European Customer Contact Centre of a leading Scottish Bank, just a short journey from the City Centre. Their name is synonymous with an excellent working and environment and great career prospects and they have recently been voted ' Best Contact Centre in the World'.

THE ROLE
Dealing with high profile existing customers, you will be delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with the customers. You will be responding to customer enquiries about their new and existing accounts and finding leads for other internal departments.

EXPERIENCE
You will be ambitious, hard working and have the drive to meet set targets and goals. Ideally, you should have a proven track record in providing excellent customer service and have good relationship building skills.
