| Our client, a software solutions company, are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to take on the role as IT Sales Executive. This software solutions company has been successfully running and increasing it’s turnover year on year (up to 200%). With offices across the UK you will cover the Scotland area and possible Northern England. FACTS • You will be provided with training on products and Sales & Marketing techniques • Company "core product" was a finalist in the World Wide Innovation Technology Partner of the Year, 2006. • In the past 2 years, a quarter of accountants in Ireland now use this product. • We are looking to in crease the sales force with a possible 2 candidates in Scotland due to recent success. DUTIES • Initial point of contact for new sales enquiries • Responsible for selling the company’s products and service’s both over the phone and in the field. • Business Development. Chase new business and help to expand out reach further into the marketplace. • Cross Selling. Promote the adoption of our new systems with existing customers. • Qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs. • Execution of orders and completing of all administration. • Handle all customer communications in an efficient and timely manner. • Work closely with appropriate resources within the company to meet customer needs/resolve issues. • Maintain up-to-date pipeline information • Preparing activity reports and providing feedback. PERSON • A background in Accountancy or Finance would be a huge advantage but not mandatory. • An awareness of and competency in Software products. • A strong sales focus and desire to succeed. • Strong IT Knowledge/Computer literacy. • Excellent written/verbal communication skills. • Customer focused and strong at building relationships. • Flexible, with hands on approach. • Pleasant, professional and team oriented. • Good phone manner. |
