£20,000 rising to £26,000 plus benefits

Our Branch Managers do more than simply take an operational overview. They are true role models for the rest of the team, setting high standards, motivating and coaching them. You will ensure that training is up-to-the-minute, as well as managing stock control, budgets and visual merchandising so that your Retail Advisors have the resources to perform effectively. Everything you do will be geared towards maximising the potential of your team, maximising sales and maximising customer loyalty. So youve got to be energetic, open and firmly committed to continuous improvement.

Management experience is essential along with a proven track record in setting and achieving targets and with strong people and budget management skills.
