| Working for a well known bank in a call centre environment. Hours are 35 per week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm. Required to work one Saturday in 4 paid overtime. Shift patterns vary. Telephony based role dealing with home claims, varying from simple damage to home contents. Providing timely and effective response to insurance claims, ensuring the claim is processed accurately whilst providing excellent customer service. Managing all inbound calls, processing post, calculating customer and supplier payments and resolving claims in a timely manner. - Able to adapt to change within a fast paced environment - Able to multi task - Able to handle and resolve customer complaints - Excellent customer service skills - Able to adhere to compliance guidelines and procedures - Basic knowledge of word and excel - Proficient keyboard skills - Excellent listening and communication skills |
