Full Description:
Experienced CDM Coordinator to be based within the Glasgow office of an international multi-disciplinary consultant to the built, natural and social environment. This company provides a broad range of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services within the UK and overseas offering expertise through the full life cycle of a project, from advisory, feasibility and design services through contract preparation and site management to project management and implementation.

You will need to have detailed knowledge of the Construction (Design Management) Regulations and have experience practising as a Planning Supervisor/CDMC within the Construction industry. You will be involved with a number of substantial construction projects so it is essential that you have a good background in the construction industry with excellent communication and customer-facing skills - backed up by relevant qualifications.

This role will be at Principal level and will pay a basic salary of £35-40k. Additional benefits. include, company car or car allowance (£4600), 25 days annual leave, pension, annual bonus, fully expensed fuel card (if opting for the company car), private medial insurance.
