The purpose of the Response Officer is: * To react to and investigate complaints of an anti-social nature within the community, working closely with a wide range of internal and external agencies. * To carry out a wide range of activities to bring about a resolution to complaints, including, where appropriate, application of the full powers contained within the Antisocial Behaviour (Scotland) Act. * To create an environment where tenants and residents are willing to report anti-social incidents/complaints in the knowledge that they will be dealt with effectively, efficiently and sensitively.
