THE ROLE Legal Cashier
Location: Glasgow
Salary:£14k - £17k
Benefits Package: TBC
Reporting to: Practice Manager


THE COMPANY

My client are a well known, large legal firm within Glasgow City Centre. They require a Legal Cashier to provide support to the Accounts Departments in ensuring up to date and compliant information for both clients and the firm.

Main duties

Client financial postings
Cheque writing
Preparation of banking
Monitoring funds movements through the banking system
Accounts filing
Dealing with queries from other teams
Any other tasks as required by the department



EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must be educated to Higher Maths Level, with previous Cash Room experience. You must be willing to learn, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You must be self motivated and a team player, with the ability to work unsupervised.

PC literate, specifically, proficiency in MS Excel.
