Customer Service Professionals Part Time Roles
Glasgow City Centre
£13,500 pro- rata


Join a rapidly growing global organization- also the world's largest independent third party transaction processor, providing financial services institutions with tailored solutions for in-house or out-sourced transaction processing.

Part time Customer Service Professionals are required to work both morning and evening shifts within this city centre based contact centre.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a progressive, dynamic and forward thinking organization dedicated to you and your success.

You will be providing excellent levels of customer service to new customers who have queries about accounts, balance transfers, card issues and other features.
These calls are inbound. You will provide a quality experience and promote additional products to customers.

Please note the contact centre is open 7 days a week and you may need to work weekends.

PT a.m

Morning window 08:00-14:00 with the following shift options - 16 hours, 20 hours or 27.5 hours per week

PT eve

Evening window 16:00-20:00 (22:00) with the following shift options, 16 hours, 20 hours or 27.5 hours per week


Key Requirements

"Confident telephone manner
"Proven track record in customer service and sales (up-selling/cross selling)
"Excellent keyboard skills, and good PC literacy
"Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task to achieve excellent results
"Enthusiasm and dedication to success and achieving targets
"Experience of the financial services would be beneficial, however full training is given
"Start dates in June and July
