Location: Glasgow City Centre.
Salary: £14- £16k per annum dependant on experience.
Dept: Business Development
Languages: German fluent essential, English fluent essential

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 16:00
However requirements might change and the Key Account Assitant must be flexible.
The opening hours for the Contact Centre are between 08.00 - 20.00 with the possibility of working a Saturday's 09:00 to 15.00 as the business requires.

Job Purpose: To support the strategy for the business unit by providing support to the Account Managers and Clients as well as assisting other members of your team. Possibity of travelling to meet the client so flexibility is essential.

1) Provide a quality service to clients
2) Own all Client Account administration requirements
3) Support European Account Team as required
4) Soft Skills and Team Working
