Full Description:
Our client, a successful Dalkeith-based private practice (experiencing a period of extreme prosperity) seeks a qualified project running Architect. You will possess exceptional design understanding and the ability to work on some high-spec projects with a very dynamic team. This practice has a number of top clients including one of the UK's top retail ventures and a mixture of private residential clients.

Projects include;
- Retail work for John Lewis until 2013
Including fit-outs and refurbishments
- Residential New Builds / Extensions
- Educational Auditorium

The practice offers the typical benefits that go with a smaller firm including a more relaxed work-life balance and the close communication between all levels of staff. As well as this the practice has a great design ethos and offers a slightly European influence to its residential output. Elements of Mondrian influence and nice clean lines are evident in the quality of project.

You will be involved in all stages of projects and in a good range of projects. If you have the ability to deliver a good standard of design and have a good output of ideas you can develop quickly and will be given the opportunity to chase leads and develop business for this practice. This is a unique opportunity with a practice that can offer opportunities that differ from traditional, large-scale commercial practices.
