Location: Clydebank, Glasgow
Salary: £16k - £19,500 + bonus

THE COMPANY
Our client is part of an international financial services organisation that dates back to 1858. One of the leading Scottish banks, they have 150 branches throughout Scotland, North England and London, as well as dedicated banking centres, and have won several awards in recent years recognising their success as a leading finance industry employer and commitment to ongoing expansion through the UK. This position will be based in their award winning European Banking Centre based in Clydebank within the business banking sector.

THE ROLE

You will be managing between 2000-3000 customers portfolio, these are Business clients such as SMEs.


Typical Responsibilities

Dealing with any charges, maintenance of the accounts.
Role will be split into 50% customer service and sales and 50% control of lending.
You will also be involved in dealing with any customer relationship management issues such as complaint handling and any collection duties as required.
Working to sales targets (up-selling additional financial services products such as loans/overdrafts)

Demonstrate the ability to work in a target driven and busy environment
Able to adapt positively to change
Organised & enthusiastic
Candidates must have banking experience and customer management experience would be beneficial
