THE ROLE Building Services Technical Director
Location:Edinburgh
Salary:£50k+
Benefits Package:Pension, Car Allowance, Private Health Care

FPSG are currently recruiting for an exceptional candidate to join the Edinburgh office of one of Europes largest multi-disciplinary Consulting Engineers to lead and develop the Building Services (M&E) Department .

Our client is currently working on a wide and varied workload, including schools, offices, multi storey residential, design and build and water retaining structures. Along with their excellent staff development programme and company culture, this is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate.

You will be responsible for maximizing the technical delivery to clients including technical programming, resource management, financial management, recruitment and staff retention.
A strong ability to lead and manage a team is needed along with the knowledge and confidence to develop and establish new and existing business relationships.

The successful candidate will ideally be a Chartered Building Services Engineer with a strong background in the Mechanical or Electrical engineering industry and demonstrable management experience in a consultancy environment.
