THE ROLE
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £14,500 per annum

Reporting to: Finance Director

THE COMPANY
A successful Property Company is currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant due to an expansion of their Finance Team. The role involves:

Receive and deal with queries regarding supplier payments and deposit returns
Invoice clients for un-recovered supplier invoices
Reconcile bank statements on Sage
Enter purchase invoices onto Sage
Check purchase invoices have been charged before paying suppliers
Carry out main supplier payment run after 15th of the month
Process deposit returns for payment to Client
To answer telephones in a polite and efficient manner
To work as part of the team to provide an efficient service
To comply with all company policies, procedures and standards.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you must have extensive experience of working within a Purchase Ledger Assistant role and have a good working knowledge of Sage. This is a professional company who will offer you fantastic training which will allow you to develop your career.
