Full Description:
A major Housing Association based in West Lothian urgently requires an experienced Housing Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, for an initial period of 3 months with the possibility of extension.

You will be expected to have experience of working in a housing environment in particular with the arranging and processing of repairs. Experience of processing allocations, rent arrears and giving benefits advice would also be a distinct advantage.

This role will involve dealing with tenants face-to face and over the phone so the ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
