Our client, one of the UK's leading developers currently have a requirement for architectural
technicians with previous developer experience. With sites all over Scotland and over 1200 units in progress for the next 12 months, this builder is going from strength to strength and are currently looking to increase their team, based out of their Stirling office headquarters.

The ideal candidate will either have a proven track record with developers or at least with a variety of residential experience. The candidate must have a full drivers license and also be familiar with Autocad packages.

In return there is an excellent package which includes top end salary, pension, and depending on experience, car allowance, bonus and fuel card.
