Full Description:
A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Building Services Engineer to manage the operation of the site's mechanical infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of services to all site activities.Providing mechanical design, installation and commissioning support to all projects and to meet safety, operable, maintainability, schedule and cost objectives. Assists in the development of the sites mechanical skills base to support existing equipment and exploit new technology.

The following skills and experience are essential to this position: -
Energy management and experience of Building Energy Management controls and systems.
Project management.
Clean-room control.
Preparation of specifications to meet UK and Company standards.
Commissioning and handover of mechanical systems to Maintenance Group

Experience of IFS, AutoCAD and popular software.

Ideally, you will have a good degree in building services or mechanical engineering, supported by experience of mechanical engineering in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.

Benefits/Conditions of Employment
In this position you will work a 40 hour week, 08:30-17:00, Monday - Friday. It will offer the following benefits: annual holiday entitlement will be 29 days, plus 4 statutory days.
