Full Description:
Architectural Technician required to assist with the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective professional architectural practice as directed by the Principal architect in accordance with the needs and priorities of the company.

You will perform all tasks relative to an Architectural Technician and assist with technical aspects of allocated projects from inception to completion. You are required to assist with planning and programming of Capital & revenue works as requested, for all clients. Typical duties include the provision and preparation of technical drawings and relevant written information in connection with both new works and works to existing buildings. Surveying sites, plan printing and and preparing benchmarking data for analysis.

As you are dealing with the public both orally and in writing a helpful, positive and friendly manner is essential.
