My client seek an Associate Level Structural Engineer to work in their picturesque Edinburgh office.

The consultancy-
My client is a Consultancy who are international in reach. Their engineering expertise draws upon multiple disciplines to create design solutions that are breath-taking in scope: from road schemes, bridges, harbours, schools, sports stadia and offices, to hotels, hospitals and tall buildings.
The Role-
-Lead a team of Structural Engineers and Technicians
-Motivating, developing teamwork, providing communication, staff retention
-Develop Business and maintain relations with established clients
-Offer technical assistance
-Lease with other disciplines within the organisation
-Deliver projects to programme and budget
-Manage and report profit and loss
-Grow a team through strategic management and recruitment
