THE ROLE Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Glasgow
Salary:£ negotiable
Benefits Package: TBC
Reporting to: Office Manager


THE COMPANY

My client is a well known large legal firm based in Glasgow city centre who are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal. The department is currently expanding resulting in the increase in staff.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate must have a minimum 2 years experience in this field and have dealt with all aspects relating to 1st charge, second charge, purchase and remortgage. The role would be working as part of a team dealing with one client, brokers and borrowers and having autonomy for case load from instruction through to completion. Experience is essential with dealing with a case load of between 50-70 cases per month minimum.
