Full Description:
Our client is currently looking to recruit an AutoCAD & Information Systems Officer to join their Estates Office within a University campus on the outskirts of Edinburgh City Centre. They would be looking to offer a competitive salary (£26k - £32k) and benefits package.

As part of the Estates Professional and Technical Services Team, you will be responsible for drawing preparation, production and integration within the management systems and processes of the department.

You will assist with project work and the processing of design and as-built information, which form part of the departments technical library. You will also manage and maintain various Estates information systems including AutoCAD, Space Databases, Estate Terriers and Maintenance management systems.

Ideally you will possess demonstrable industry experience in producing plans in a drawing office and be a proficient user of AutoCAD. A professional qualification (HNC or equivalent experience) in property or an AutoCAD related area is desirable, along with good IT skills, a working knowledge of UK building regulations and other related legislation.
