| Our client is currently looking for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Building Services team. The company are a US$1.5 billion business, which spans 140 countries with 11,000 staff working in all sectors from transport, energy, buildings, water and the environment to health and education. Due to large expansion plans, where the company plans to increase their M+E Department by 20% by 2010. The Job These roles will offer you the opportunity to be involved in the following duties; Manage projects financially and technically Full design and specifications Manage a team of Engineers Develop the companys business Use of Hevacomp and IES In addition you will be involved with a wide range of projects in your career here. Current company projects include; Scottish Courts Inverness Hospital The Home Office portfolio Work in Dubai The work includes standard M+E design, to work on photovoltaic projects. You can expect to work for a forward thinking organisation that are keen to build for the future. They offer the chance to travel abroad to work on projects in such countries as Dubai, Singapore, Russia and Malaysia. The fact that they are committed to expansion will offer the successful candidate the chance to move rapidly through the ranks within the Building Services department as additional Associate and Director posts become necessary.
