Aspirare are currently recruiting for a Team Leader initially for a 6 month contract based within an Outsourcing company based within Glasgow City Centre.

The role shall involve managing a team insuring all employees are carrying out there daily workload and work flow of client requests to the appropriate service standard. Carrying out 1-1's, call evaluations, training and coaching, attendance and various other performance management duties.
