Job : Quantity Surveyor, Glasgow

Are you a Quantity Surveyor keen for a fresh challenge within a well-established independent construction consultancy?

Quantity Surveyor required to join highly regarded independent Construction Consultancy. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and developments ranging in value up to £60m.

You will ideally be a member of MRICS with a strong background within Private Practice. You will be keen to progress your career by having a genuine influence on the company as well as developing junior members of the team. Quantity Surveyors who have not currently achieved MRICS but can demonstrate strong technical ability and the ambition to develop professionally will also be considered.

Since its formation almost 20 years ago, this client has developed to provide their clients with a full range of specifically tailored services to meet their individual requirements. While their core business is still based around Quantity Surveying, they also offer Project Management, Employers Agent, CDM Co-ordinator, Quality Management and other more bespoke services to a wide variety of clients with both the public and private sectors.

Current projects come from various industry sectors and include; Social Housing (£12m), High-end apartments (£8m), New build hotel (£9m), Industrial Units (3m), retirement development (£24m).
