An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in a professional sales environment as a Trainee Recruitment consultant for Hays Construction & Property in our Perth and Dundee offices.

Hays are a Ftse 250 company and the market leading specialist recruitment company in the UK and 6th largest in the world and still one of the fastest growing with over 70 offices in the UK as well as offices in continental Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

The construction Industry is worth £112 billion to the UK economy and the industry will need to recruit 80,000 new employees every year until 2012 to cope with the demand-this is where you come in !

Due to Hays ongoing expansion policy and to cope with local demand we have opened up an office in Perth and also need to add to our existing team in Dundee.

Experience in recruitment is not necessary as we are committed to offering the most intensive training programme in the industry but we are looking for hard working , enthusiastic individuals who will be able to work in a target driven environment.
As this is a sales job we pride ourselves on offering an excellent re numeration package with a basic salary which increases after successfully completing your trainee-ship and an uncapped commission scheme from the day you start.
