Full Description:
My client has instructed Hays to appoint multiple Building Surveyors to build a new team. This role will suit individuals with varied survey experience e.g. measured condition surveys, dilapidation's, asbestos surveys and in particular knowledge of retail and commercial projects.

This post is a minimum of 12 months lasting up to 3 years, and will involve various types of surveys and AutoCAD amendment drawings. There is also an element of digital photo surveys to be completed.

It is essential that you have experience in using AutoCAD and can use laser meters for on site measuring.

This is a flexible contract where you will be based on sites throughout the West of Scotland and also from home. The working week will also be flexible and you will be paid per survey completed.

It is essential that you have your own survey equipment, in particular a laser meter digital camera, it is also essential that you have your own AutoCAD softwear.
