PROJECT COORDINATOR - Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave)
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £16,000 - £20,000


Reporting to: The Project Manager


THE COMPANY
Leading International Property and Construction Consultancy.

THE ROLE
Working on a large scale survey project you will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive administrative support and coordination to a professional project team of four.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in a similar role and previous experience within the property sector would be of value.

ATTRIBUTES/SKILLS/DUTIES
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
Ability to liaise with internal and external business contacts at all levels.
PC literate and competent on the use of Microsoft packages (basic knowledge of CAD advantageous).
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy.
Proactive approach to work and able to use initiative.

Good sense of humour a definite plus!
