Full Description:
This client is known as a globally leading cost consultancy for property and construction. Currently, they are looking for a SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR to further their career by joining their Building Surveying team in the Edinburgh City Centre office. The salary is dependant on experience and qualifications but this client looks to pay around £40,000.

On a day-to-day basis you can expect your work to include:

- Condition surveys
- Dilapidations
- Refurbishments and alterations
- Large-scale new build developments
- DDA audits
- Existing building inspections, renovations and regeneration
- Large-scale extensions
- Fit-outs
- Gained year 1 of maintenance works for a charities property portfolio covering commercial and residential works
- Professional work: due diligence, investment and acquisition projects
- Mentoring graduates through their APC

Benefits will include: competitive salary, company car/car allowance, total of 32 days holiday (including stats), 8%contributory pension and private healthcare.

It is vital that you are a qualified RICS Building Surveyor with experience that would allow a high level of competence in the tasks highlighted above.
