NEW JOB: Senior Structural Engineer
JOB LOCATION: Glasgow
JOB SALARY: £34K - 42K + Bonus, pension, healthcare, flexible benefits, city centre location

One of the worlds leading multi-disciplinary independent engineering consultancies is seeking a senior structural engineer to join an already established team. This particular team have expertise in all aspects of design, management and construction of building structures. The Glasgow office city centre based and is a short walk from a central line train station.

The key objective for this role is the management and delivery of a wide range of projects in size, complexity, cost and structural form in a variety of materials both in the public and private sectors, in the UK and oversees.

Priorities in this role will include:

reports to associate director / team leader
responsible for delivery of specific projects on time and to budget
managing project resource requirements in conjunction with team leader
an ability to liaise with client, design team and site team is essential
ability to produce economical, aesthetic, sustainable and buildable schemes to tight time and budget deadlines

You will be engaged in a variety of prestigious projects at any one time including: schools, healthcare, MOD, retail and commercial. The right applicant will have previous experience in structural design, project management and mentoring of staff.
