Full Description:
We have a great opportunity for an IT Support Team Leader to work for our client based in Glasgow city centre.
You will be required To lead the IT infrastructure team on a day-to-day basis.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Run the Infrastructure team
Schedule and monitor team workload
Implement and adhere to SLA structure
Systems and networks monitoring
Help desk management
Project planning
DR testing
Provide a professional service to all business units

Experience:
All applicants must have commercial experience in systems and network support.
Knowledge of the following disciplines is essential:
Novell NetWare/Linux
Novell GroupWise
MS Server 2000/2003
MS Active Directory
MS IIS
MS Terminal Server

Experience of dialler and telephony systems would be also beneficial.
All applicants must have experience of managing an IT team.

Skills & Abilities:
Excellent Leadership skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and manage your own workload effectively in a fast paced environment are fundamental.
Should also have excellent customer facing skills
First rate team working skills
Good problem solving skills.

Qualifications
An HND qualification in computing or another relevant discipline and/or CNA/MSP certifications is preferable.
