THE ROLE

Location: City Centre - Glasgow
Salary:£13-14k
Benefits Package: After probationary period
Reporting to: Office Manager

THE COMPANY
Our client is one of the world's leading providers of wellbeing and employee assistance programmes ; occupational health services, behavioural risk management and critical incident support.


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS


This role will involve working closely with both the office manager and providing one to one support for a senior manager.

Key tasks will include:
Excellent administration support with full use of Microsoft Office.
Audio Typing, mail distribution, filing and photocopying. There will be a degree of travel arrangements to be made including flights and hotels. There will be a requirement to control and order stationery and stock management. Reception coverage will also be required. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy team and be involved in an exciting and interesting market place. This role will require someone with a previous background in a busy support role who is used to office task management and prioritising key tasks. This is a permanent position with a progressive organization.
