Full Description:
My client is a Civil Construction Company located in the Highlands who are looking to take on a new staff.

We currently have a need for a Quantity Surveyor

Main responsibilities and key duties will include

- Preparing bill of quantities
- Interim application preparation
- Identify and prepare additional items and claims
- Preparation of final accounts
- Negotiation of subcontract final accounts
- Financial reporting and forecasting

In addition you will provide site management with commercial support and advice as required and supervise the Assistant Quantity Surveyor
