THE ROLE Receptionist
Location: Glasgow
Salary:£14k - £16k
Benefits Package: TBC
Reporting to: Office Manager


THE COMPANY

My client is an independent market leading law firm within Glasgow City Centre who have won several awards for their service. They require a receptionist for a maternity cover contract beginning at the end of May, the contract should last 12 months.

The key features of this role are to provide the firm with an effective and efficient reception service, which will involve being first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office ensuring they are welcomed in a courteous and professional manner.



EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous reception experience is essential for this position. Candidates should have experience of a BCM BT system with voicemail (or similar), and must have operated a busy switchboard. You should have excellent people skills, be used to delivering quality customer service and maintain a friendly, cheerful personality whilst working under pressure. Knowledge of Word and Excel is also required.
