THE ROLE
Location: Midlothian
Salary: £16,000

Reporting to: Accounts Manager

THE COMPANY
A leading engineering company based in Midlothian is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work in their head office. This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week with flexible working hours. This role involves:

Enter purchase invoices on to Sage
Deal with queries regarding supplier payments and deposit returns
Posting invoices to the system
Processing high volumes of Invoices
Matching goods received to invoices on the In house system
Dealing with Purchase runs
Resolving client issues
Invoice clients for un-recovered supplier invoices
Reconcile bank statements on Sage


EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you need to have extensive experience of working within a Purchase Ledger role and have experience of using Sage. Due to the location of this office own transport is required.
