A large organisation requires 2 repairs advisors. These are full time positions and will be for a period of around 6 months.
This role will involve taking calls from tenants with regards to repairs and any complaints or queries they have regarding these. You will be taking details of these queries, logging them and then following these through by arranging repairs and liaising with contractors.
This is an extremely varied role and would suit someone with good customer care skills. A background in housing and or repairs is also essential.
