THE ROLE
Customer Sales and Service Advisor- Hamilton

Location:
Hamilton

Salary:
£15016 - £16793 + bonus

Hours: Fixed shift pattern between 7am and midnight 4 days from 7

They are currently looking for customer service and sales advisors to join their team where you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers. You will be using your proven sales and customer service skills to help the customers with any enquiries relating to their account. You will also be rewarded for taking advantage of any opportunities to up sell products which the bank offer.

EXPERIENCE

Call centre experience is not essential, however what is important is that you have a desire to deliver amazing service, a clear, friendly telephone manner and a basic PC ability.
